If the girls were actually generically moe, it would completely defeat the purpose of the project. This is what I see when I look at cartoons like Lucky Star. This is how I am expressing my disgust. If you're too butthurt to laugh at some of the more ridiculous aspects of the anime and visual novel fandom, there is nothing in this game you will enjoy. Even if it was well drawn, it would still offend you.
uh, i think you're getting the wrong idea that you have created the first anime spoof ever. seriously, "hurrr they have huge eyes and breasts" is old fucking hat. the only difference between this and other anime parodies is the fuckawful art. you're not exactly breaking new ground so you might as well draw them decently and rely on hilarious dialogue.
The difference between this and anime parodies like Komugi, and Puni Puni Poemi is that they poke fun at anime while simultaneously reveling in the same stereotypes they're calling out on being absurd. With very rare exceptions like the last episode of Excel Saga, anime parodies are too afraid to be too mean spirited and really make their audience feel uncomfortable, in fear that offending their audience will result in poor sales. The director of Excel Saga has even said that he regrets making that last episode because he pushed the boundaries too hard, which I really think is a shame because it was the only good episode in the entire series.
I'm doing this for fun and the full game will be released free of charge, so I can be as mean as I want without worrying about going bankrupt. And there is no was to draw the girls decently because the anime artstyle is not decent. It is overly simplified and mass-produced simply to incite feelings of lust in its audience's loins.
In Kawaii Adobenshaas in Anime Rand, Steve is an ordinary schoolboy who is one day magically transformed into a sparkling anime named Chichi-chan in animes land. In animes land, he meets Kiwi-chan, a genki catgirl who hates shaving her legs, Mumi-chan, his slutty toddler imouto who begs for his cock, Gupi-chan, Chichi-chan's new robot meido love slave who is trying discretely to fit in with human society, Nuki-chan, a shy bookworm, and Geroshabou-chan, an anime version of Helga from Hey Arnold.
This is so terrible that it transcends the heights of terribledom and elevates itself into Awesome.
ReplyDeleteart is shit
ReplyDelete>art is shit
